Colombia Future International Forum
The events are strategies of notification and exhibition that today continue to be effective for branding and to reach niche points of the target audience on a large scale. At Viapin we support the Fundación Ideas para la Paz (Ideas for Peace Foundation) in carrying out their event Colombia Future International Forum, conducted in Cartagena in 2016. More than 200 people attended this event, exceeding the client’s expectations.

An event carried out by the Ideas for Peace Foundation (FIP) , the Association of Business Foundations (EFE), and a group of friendly organizations as part of the initiative Agendas for the Construction of Peace from the Business Sector.
PROJECT
Viapin carried out a management process over 7 months that included contactability strategies using the telephone and email to a database of one thousand registered users, made up of management positions of public and private entities.
RESULTS
- More than 200 people attended the event in Cartagena, exceeding the established attendance objective.
- Three different email pieces sent to more than 3,000 contacts, with a 32% open rate.
