Offering good customer support and customer experience is vital to ensure customer loyalty. For over 10 years we have worked with IDT, a company in the United States that offers telecommunications services. Boss Revolution is one of their projects that manages international calls and currency transfers to other countries, all in a virtual way. At Viapin we understand our clients, their products and the needs of their end customer perfectly. This has allowed us to work for more than 3 years with Boss Revolution’s customer support project.

Customer support project for the Boss Revolution product. Support for complaints, grievances and suggestions, management of the platform, escalation of special end customer cases via calls, chats, emails. Project 100% in English.

- Total calls answered in the first semester of 2018: 50,065
- Total chats answered in the first semester of 2018: 45,100
- Level of service of telephone assistance: 99.0%
- Level of service of chat assistance: 99.1%
